These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Canada Mortgage Calculator, operated by N01 Labs ("we", "us", "our"), and any related websites (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the security of the Service (e.g., automated scraping, DDoS attacks, or API abuse).
- We may apply rate limits or block IP addresses to prevent abuse and protect the Service's stability.
4) Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we protect your data. Because this is a utility without user accounts, we do not save or store your financial inputs.
5) Availability & Changes

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, N01 LABS AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON THE CALCULATOR'S ESTIMATES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless N01 Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your reliance on its calculations, or your breach of these Terms.
11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
12) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
